Include Me Administrative Staff
Rita Cheskiewicz serves as Director of the Include Me project. She is the founder and former president of a nonprofit dedicated to improving literacy among students with significant disabilities. She served as vice chairperson of the Local Right to Education Task Force in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties for 10 years. A former healthcare executive, she holds a Master of Education Degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from King’s College. She is the parent of a child with an intellectual disability and autism.

Pam Klipa is in her 8th year at The Arc of Pennsylvania, where she is the Special Education and Training Coordinator. She focuses on systems advocacy in the field of special education at the state level and also crosses the state in an effort to reach parents and families with people friendly trainings. Prior to coming to The Arc of PA, she was employed by United Cerebral Palsy of Central PA, as a Director of Adult Programs, including Alternatives and Bridges. Twenty years ago, her first job in human services was as a direct care worker in support of adults with intellectual disabilities at Keystone Service Systems. She and her husband live in Hershey and enjoy their 7 grandchildren.
